Al-Mahadi's Historical Participation in the International Study Tour in the Netherlands (1998)

The tour featured extensive field visits and high-level symposia, focusing on several key pillars: * *Aquatech98 International Exhibition in Amsterdam:* Exploring cutting-edge global pumping systems, water treatment solutions, and advanced piping technologies. * *Major Industrial & Research Site Visits:* Touring the prominent manufacturing plants of *WAVIN Worldwide* in Hardenberg, the KIWA National Institute for Certification and Applied Research, the historic Kinderdijk wind-pumping systems, and the grand Delta Water Engineering Works. * *Specialized Technical Symposia:* Engaging in the Appropriate Technology Seminar at "De Kleine Aarde" regarding renewable energy (solar and wind) solutions, as well as the 3-day Sector Management and Human Resources Development symposium at the International Water and Sanitation Centre (IRC) in The Hague and the Institute for Infrastructural, Hydraulic and Environmental Engineering (IHE) in Delft.
